Yinner (Yin Yoga & Dinner)

Think of this as a mini retreat, minus the high cost and time requirement, but including the intimate group connection!

The yin yoga will be very relaxing, focusing on deep stretching, meditation and breath-work. I will offer gentle physical assists to aid in your experience. Journal prompts will be provided to reflect on during practice.

Along with the vegan dinner, I will also offer tea made with herbs that I grew and foraged.
