- The website that we have been updating all year is finally ready! What you’re seeing now is the new and improved site with our branding colors to bring energy of nature, movement, growth and calm 🙂
- I am now certified in Thai Massage Therapy, taught by the one and only, Brian Hoke! I will be offering Therapeutic Yoga with Thai Techniques at my house or yours once I complete my training hours. That said, if you’re in the Charleston or St. Simons areas, reach out to schedule a FREE SESSION this summer as a part of my training hours.
- Goddess Getaway: St. Croix – September 19-24, 2023 – Angela and I were able to find 3 more spots, so that 15 ladies can now join. There are now 4 spots left in the shared dorm room. Being that 5 people will share a room, it’s the most affordable option (at $1600). However, don’t let “dorm” deter you. It’s also overlooking the salt water pool and covers the whole top floor of the main house, so it’s not a shabby spot to sleep! And remember, this is an all inclusive retreat (aside from the flight). See below images for what you can expect from the retreat and register soon before the spots are taken!
